- Feb 14: Plant lemons in the bed (first harvest next year)
Outdoors year-round only in zone 9 and warmer. Elsewhere, keep it in a pot and bring it in for winter.
Spacing in a raised bed: 1 plant per 2 × 2 ft. In hot zones, plants may stop producing in the hottest weeks of summer and pick up again in early fall.
